200001 - Pio-Fit Boot Camp
Pio-FIT is our NEW strength and conditioning program of constantly varied high intensity, functional movement. We combine a variety of movements to help improve your fitness. Movements may include, jump roping, weight lifting, pull-ups, kettlebells, TRX and body weight exercises. This class will involve a good 15-20 warm-up, then 20-25 minutes of high intensity work followed by a solid 20 minute cool down.
